While my goal is to never have to cancel or reschedule an appointment last minute whether you are local or traveling—there are rare circumstances that may be unpredictable or unavoidable (such as illness or emergencies). If something comes up on my end, I will always communicate with you as soon as I can.
I am extremely understanding if the situation is reversed, I just ask that you please reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel last minute.
In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full (or transferred to a future date if you prefer). However, I cannot be held responsible for any travel-related expenses, accommodations, lost wages, or other costs incurred. All travel arrangements are made at your own discretion and risk.
I do not take clients traveling to me lightly and I try my best to always be mindful of the time, effort, and financial commitment it takes to do so. This disclaimer is not meant to diminish that, but rather to ensure clear expectations and mutual understanding should an unforeseen situation occur.
